I. Introduction:
This machine belongs to a practical and new type of glass upper slice cutting machine. Its features are: there are running rails on both sides of the chassis, movable mechanism composed of two main, driven wheels, reducer and transmission shafts on the bottom of the chassis, and lifts, overturning arms, overturning arms, driving shafts of the small arms, main and auxiliary connecting rods, sucker assemblies and limit positions. Three, equipment performance and working principle:
The glass is placed in a designated position. After giving the signal of the pick-up, the pick-up sucker is automatically turned up and the glass is adsorbed and placed on the conveyor roller of the pick-up table. The glass is automatically conveyed to the main machine of the cutting machine.It is mainly composed of a frame, a sucker overturning mechanism, a sucker moving mechanism, a conveyor roller and an electric control cabinet.
The whole working process can be accomplished by PLC automatic control or manual control. The manual mode is mainly used in equipment adjustment and maintenance. Each action can be completed independently or can be used for normal work. After giving the signal (manual and automatic), the overturning system works. The motor drives the mechanical reverse mechanism to turn the sucker arm up and stop the overturning when it reaches the same inclination angle as the glass. The forward motor makes the sucker move. When the detection switch near the top sucker touches the glass, the forward motor stops. When the vacuum system works, the suction cup begins to absorb glass. When the vacuum pressure switch reaches the set pressure, the vacuum pump stops. The suction cup's telescopic connecting rod mechanism lifts the glass through the motor drive. After stopping for several seconds, it ensures that the single glass is sucked up and the motor drives the mechanical overturn mechanism to reverse the glass to cut. On the table, the telescopic connecting rod mechanism makes the sucker and glass fall simultaneously. The sucker blows compressed air to release the glass quickly. The transmission mechanism stops and returns to the flat position. When the glass is moved to the fixed position of the cutting table, it is cut. After the cutting is finished, the glass is moved to the breaking table to break the pieces. After receiving the signal, the machine automatically lifts the glass to take the pieces.
